FAQ's

No, you don’t.  Once your first order has been completed, you will have the opportunity to create an account. By registering, you will be asked for your identification data as well as your billing and shipping addresses. The maximum estimated delivery time for an order is 24/48 hours, once payment has been made.

We have an after-sales service at MATERIALES PARA TOCADOS to solve any problem with our items or shipments, through which we endevour to offer quick and efective attention.

If the user is not satisfied with the order for any reason, he/she has a maximum period of 15 calendar days after receiving the order to return the product, whenever it is in excellent condition and in its original packaging.

Via a PayPal account, you can pay the order quickly, without additional costs and safely.
